Important notice: Due to the current coronavirus epidemic, we regretfully have to announce that our indoor in-person meetings are cancelled until further notice. Many of our members and visitors are aged 70 or over, or have pre-existing conditions, and it is our responsibility to avoid risking their health and welfare.
Our season of history talks has now moved online using the Zoom platform.

We are a friendly group of people with a shared interest in the local history of Littlemore, Sandford and the surrounding area.
We have 7 monthly meetings where invited speakers present illustrated talks about a wide range of topics of interest, three guided walks around the area looking at specific sites of historical interest, and safer times, regularly held two social events including a barn dance with live music.
We are actively involved in a range of projects and are open to new suggestions.
Membership fee is £12 per calendar year (January to December), for which you receive free entry to meetings (online or in-person) and walks (Midsummer frolic not included). Non-members are welcome at all of our talks and walks, at a cost of £3 per person per event.
